This market is known for offering fresh pork meat that can be cooked on traditional earthen chulhas, or stoves in this weekly market. We took advantage of this unique experience and had a chance to taste the delicious smoked pork dry fry, which is a flavorful and aromatic dish enjoyed by locals and visitors alike.
